Someone (not I) has created a beautiful video of our beautiful home-on-this-side-of-the-world. Enjoy!
Sometimes I think we live the rough life, 7 tickets to an international rugby game for $9.33.
For those seeking to work on their tin-foil hat I’d like to recommend an extremely easy way to keep cyber crooks, the [insert your government’s eSpy agency here], or Google from reading your emails. Simply go to mailvelope.com and follow the documentation to set up the Mailvelope plugin. The process basically involves creating your own… Continue reading Easy E-mail Encryption

I recently got to go to Moscow for a conference and it fully delivered on gorgeous yellow (birch or oak mostly) forests, cold, snow, and massive malls which made me tell a friend, ya’ll are great capitalists. Click to browse and see info on the photos and don’t miss the video. Changing of the guard,… Continue reading Visiting Moscow

So there’s been a lot of craziness about flags lately, Doug Wilson astutely pointed out how ironic it was everybody decided to hate on the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virgina (Confederate) just before the Supreme Court decided to sodomize states’ rights. Now I haven’t commented on any of that cause plenty of… Continue reading Flags; or, The Russian perspective on Marriage & Family
Quick praise, I was exceedingly frustrated with paperwork yesterday, but today our trip to the embassy for Mira’s passport & etc was smooth & easy. Then we had a pretty easy trip to the hospital for our itemized bill which our insurance needed.
