Pray for the provision of satellite internet services. Feb 20: While “Grace” from Iran was in the hospital, she shared Christ with 15 nurses and doctors! Praise God for her boldness and pray for her Bible translation work. Feb 21: Join unfoldingWord as we pray for West African partners today who are eager to translate the gospel into more languages but lack the resources to do so. Feb 22: Pray for Benin, West Africa. The government has institutionalized Voodooism, which limits church planting. Pray for courage and for God to break through. Feb 23: Read 1 Peter 4:14-19. Pray for CCBT translators who suffer unjustly. May they sense God’s presence, commit themselves to the Lord, and continue to do good. Feb 24: A private recording studio would enhance Bible translation and security for one of our South Asian partners who minister to oral cultures. Pray for God’s provision. Feb 25: Women in war-torn Sudan are suffering the indignity of sexual assault every day. Pray for our CCBT partner, GRA, as they minister trauma healing through the gospel.
*Wycliffe’s prayer focus:* Please pray for the President’s Forum in South Carolina (Feb 20-23), where potential ministry partners will gather to learn about Bible translation needs worldwide – pray that God would move in the hearts of the attendees (including their children) to join in making Scripture accessible to all people in their heart languages.
